The Center for Innovative Training in Vocational Rehabilitation is pleased to present our report sharing the results of our nationwide survey of VR professionals about training needs.

The CIT-VR Advisory Council, consisting of SVRA training coordinators and representatives from national agencies addressing vocational rehabilitation practice, service, and training, was created to gather ongoing direct input from the VR field about training needs to help drive content development.

This report outlines survey results including information about:

1. attrition in state VR agencies
2. identified training needs
3. training specific to position
4. importance rating of training topics

A total of 369 respondents completed the survey.
