Employment Service Organizations
The goal of the EPIC Project approach is to end the use of subminimum wage jobs in Virginia. We’re working to help people with disabilities who are currently in these jobs move into competitive, integrated employment—jobs where they work alongside others, earn fair pay, and have real opportunities to grow.
We’re also focused on making sure young people with disabilities, especially those receiving Medicaid Waiver services, don’t get steered into low-paying or segregated jobs in the first place.

In this section, we will share resources and links to key partners in helping us achieve our goal of ending the use of subminimum wage jobs in Virginia. As we work to help people with disabilities who are currently in these jobs move into competitive, integrated employment, we aim to connect them to jobs where they work alongside others, earn fair pay, and have real opportunities to grow.
