We seek your feedback regarding the training and resources that were added to our library found on trainVR.org in Year 4 of the project. The evaluation process will use the same online survey and the questions utilized from previous evaluations, rating each of the training products in terms of quality, relevance and usefulness, which are the GRPA measures for this grant. We also provide two open ended questions in the survey for your additional feedback. We are seeking your feedback on areas of improvement and topics we should consider for future training development.

We encourage you to review the training products and complete your surveys throughout the project year. The preliminary results of your evaluations will be reported to RSA in our Annual Performance Report (APR) that we submit on April 28, 2023, and the final results in the End of Year update of the APR submitted on October 31, 2023.

Based on guidance provided by our Project Officer from RSA, we decided to implement revision to the evaluation process in Year 4 in order to reduce the work load for our council members, which was discussed at our January 4, 2023 meeting.  It was decided to split the advisory council members into two teams and divide the training products equally among the teams, i.e., Team Buff and Team Blue (based on GW’s colors).

The composition of the teams was performed randomly by placing council members initials in an online randomizer.  The same procedure was used for assigning training products for each team. (GIGACalculator)
