CIT-VR Project Evaluation – Year 5

CIT-VR Advisory Council

We seek your feedback regarding the training and resources that were added to our training library found on trainVR.org in Year 5 of the project. The evaluation process will use the same online survey and the questions utilized from previous evaluations, rating each of the training products in terms of quality, relevance, and usefulness, which are the GRPA measures for this grant. We also provide two open-ended questions in the survey for your additional feedback. We are seeking your feedback on areas of improvement and topics we should consider for future training development.

Based on guidance provided by our Project Officer from RSA, we implemented revisions to the evaluation process in Year 4 to reduce the workload for our council members. It was decided to split the council membership into two teams and divide the training products equally among the teams, i.e., Team Buff and Team Blue (based on GW’s colors).

Training Products to be Evaluated

The training products were divided further into two segments, based on our reporting requirements to RSA. The first group of training products need to be reviewed and evaluated by April 12, 2024 (final acceptance date is April 22, 2024), so that we can include the results in the Annual Performance Report (APR).

A second group of training products will be reviewed and evaluated to provide that data for the End-of-the-Year Update of the Annual Performance Report. All evaluations for these training products need to be completed by September 30, 2024.

Survey

CIT-VR has developed and is in the process of developing training materials in collaboration with Technical Assistance Centers like NTACT:C and VRTAC-QM, as well as potentially other partners. However, you will only be asked to evaluate those products if the subject matter of those products is directly linked to our GPRA objectives.

Below is a link to a survey that you will use to rate each of the training sessions. When you complete a webinar, please return to this link to complete the survey. The first question in the survey asks which training you completed, and a drop-down box is provided for you to select the title of the training.
