CIT-VR Advisory Council

We value your feedback on the training and resources added to trainVR.org in Year 6 of the project. The evaluation process will use the same online survey and questions from previous evaluations, assessing each training product on quality, relevance, and usefulness, in alignment with GRPA measures. The survey also includes two open-ended questions for additional feedback on areas for improvement and future training topics.

To streamline the evaluation process, revisions were made in Year 4 based on RSA Project Officer guidance. The council was divided into two teams—Team Buff and Team Blue (named after GW’s colors)—to distribute the training products equally and reduce the workload for members.

Training Products to be Evaluated

In this final year of the project, RSA did not require an Annual Performance Report (APR).  Therefore, all evaluations must be completed by the end of the Project Year on September 30, 2025.

The training products are divided into two segments based on the quarter they were released:

  • Group 1 Training Products: Released on trainVR.org in Q1 and Q2 of FY2025.  Please review and evaluate these training products by May 30, 2025.
  • Group 2 Training Products: These training products will be released in Q3 & Q4 of FY 2025.  Please review and evaluate by September 30, 2025, to provide data for the Final Report.

Your participation in this process ensures we meet our reporting deadlines and maintain the quality of our training resources.

Survey

CIT-VR has collaborated with Technical Assistance Centers such as NTACT:C and VRTAC-QM, along with potential other partners, to develop and refine training materials. However, you will only be asked to evaluate training products that are directly aligned with our GPRA objectives.

Below is a link to a survey that you will use to rate each of the training sessions. When you complete a webinar, please return to this link to complete the survey. The first question in the survey asks which training you completed, and a drop-down box is provided for you to select the title of the training.
