Long COVID Survey

Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals' beliefs about Long COVID

The Center for Innovative Training in Vocational Rehabilitation (CIT-VR), funded by the US Department of Education - Rehabilitation Services Administration (DOE-RSA), invites you to participate in a web-based electronic anonymous survey exploring Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals' beliefs about Long COVID and access to Long COVID information.

The survey includes 46 items for you to select a response and 3 questions that are fillable. It may take 20 minutes to complete.

The information will be used to learn more about your beliefs about Long COVID and access to Long COVID information to better inform vocational rehabilitation professional practice. The results of the survey will be used to better inform VR Professionals’ practices

Earn CRC Continuing Education Credits and the opportunity to win an Amazon Gift Card

Upon completion of the survey, participants will have the option of receiving 1 credit of continuing education from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counseling Certification. You will also be eligible to enter an email address to be entered in a drawing for a $75 Amazon gift card selected in December 2023.
