More About this Training

Join us for the fourth of a four-part webinar series on Career Pathways. We will share some specific strategies from the Virginia Career Pathways for Individuals with Disabilities. Items we will address during the webinar include:

  • Learn how and why CPID used hands on assessments in their approach to assist IWD to pursue career pathways.
  • Identify ways assessments can be used in career pathways and understand how participants could incorporate them in their work.
  • Consider the Lean Accessibility Program as a model to approach businesses and open the discussion for hiring individuals with different abilities.

This webinar is hosted by the Career Pathways for Individuals with Disabilities, or CPID project in Virginia, including the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, the Virginia Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired, and the George Washington University Center for Rehabilitation Counseling, Research, and Education.
