PATH Orientation

This presentation provides an overview of the Center for Innovative Training in Vocational Rehabilitation: Provider Advancement Through High-Quality Training (CIT-VR: PATH) initiative — a national effort focused on strengthening the skills, knowledge, and collaboration of Community Rehabilitation Providers (CRPs) and State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies (SVRAs).

Participants will learn about the project’s goals, training pathways, landscape analysis process, communities of practice, leadership academies, and national training hub designed to improve service quality and employment outcomes for people with disabilities. The session also outlines expectations for participating states and CRPs while highlighting how innovative, accessible, and evidence-informed training strategies will help build a stronger and more connected vocational rehabilitation workforce.
