About Julya:
Julya Doyle, is a Senior Technical Assistance and Research Analyst with George Washington’s University’s Centre for Rehabilitation Counseling Research and Education (CRCRE) on the National Technical Assistance Centre on Transition: The Collaborative (NTACT:C). Prior to joining the NTACT:C, Julya worked for RSA as a Financial Management Specialist, where she provided TA and guidance for over 25 State VR agencies. She worked for RSA when the Rehabilitation Act was amended by WIOA and helped write implementing regulations for Pre-employment Transition Services. Prior to working as a Financial Management Specialist Julya worked in the Data Unit in RSA and helped redesign the RSA-911, designed and implemented data tables for Standards and Indicators, programed queryable tables in the RSA-MIS website, and wrote Annual Reports to Congress.
