Project E3 works with state vocational rehabilitation agencies and their partners across the United States to help people with disabilities from underserved communities achieve their independent living and employment goals.

WINTAC provides training and technical assistance (TA) to State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies, rehabilitation professionals and service providers to help them develop the skills and processes needed to meet the requirements of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

The NTAP seeks to increase the transfer, utilization, and dissemination of information on promising practices on topics of national significance to the field of vocational rehabilitation.
