CIT-VR: PATH Project Evaluation – Year 1

CIT-VR: PATH Advisory Council

We value your feedback on the training and resources developed for PATH during Year 1 of the project. Advisory Panel members will complete a brief online survey to evaluate each assigned training product. The survey assesses quality, relevance, and usefulness, consistent with the project's GPRA performance measures, and the evaluation rubric developed for the project. There are also three open-ended questions to solicit additional feedback that will continue to drive the development of this project.

To ensure the evaluation process remains efficient and manageable, the Advisory Panel members are divided into two review teams, Team Buff and Team Blue (named after George Washington University's school colors), with each team evaluating different training products. This approach reduces the time commitment for individual members while ensuring that all training resources receive a thorough and systematic review.

Team Composition:

Team Buff

  • Chris Martin
  • Dacia Johnson
  • Jacque Gerdes
  • Andren Rind

Team Blue

  • Grechen Ykema
  • Theresa Koleszar
  • Evertt Diebler
  • Patricia Henke

Training Products to be Evaluated:

The PATH project is funded by the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) within the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE). As part of our grant requirements, we submit performance reports to RSA twice each year: an Annual Performance Report (APR) each April and an End-of-Year APR Update each October. To ensure your valuable feedback is incorporated into our October report, we kindly ask that all evaluations be completed by September 15, 2026.

Training Products:

To reduce the evaluation workload for Advisory Panel members, the Year 1 training products have been divided equally between two review teams. This approach allows each member to evaluate approximately half of the training products while ensuring that all Year 1 resources receive a comprehensive review. Complete evaluations by September 15, 2026.

    Webinars:

      PATH Project Evaluation Process:

Our partner, Employment Resources, Inc. (ERI), has developed this dedicated page to provide Advisory Panel members with convenient access to the Year 1 training products and the corresponding online evaluation surveys.

This page will serve as a central hub, providing links to training products as they are published. Council members will be notified via email whenever PATH releases new training modules or resources for evaluation on the project's website.

You will also find a link to the online survey below, where you can evaluate each training product. The first survey question asks you to select the training product from a drop-down menu, which we will continuously update as new products are added.

      PATH Project Evaluation Survey:

Please complete all evaluations for this reporting period by September 15, 2026. Review the Quality, Relevance, and Usefulness Criteria and Indicators (pdf) as you complete the survey.
